French triple cream cheese from Burgundy. Soft and melt-in texture. Intense, buttery and savory flavor. It is a 100% cow’s milk cheese with a flowery rind.

FONTINA DOP D’ALPEGGIO
This is an artisanal cheese made from 100% cow’s milk produced in Bionaz, Valle d’Aosta, at 2,200 meters above sea level. Still produced today in the mountain pastures with the traditional method, that is with stewing with a wood stove.

CAPRINO AFFINATO ALLE VIOLE
100% goat milk, wrapped in violets, which give it a very special perfume and aroma. It is produced at the foot of the Lattari Mountains and is aged for about 4 months.
